Where does Melbourne’s top restaurant critic Stephen Downes go on his afternoon off? Why, for a $4 caesar salad pizza with his writing mates at Bimbo Deluxe (376 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy, Victoria +61 3 9419 8600).
My own choice is a 4 stagione. These are the best and cheapest pizzas in town. But only during the afternoons, during the working week.
The zucchini looks pretty good too.

I have heard quite a few good things about Bimbo Deluxe from friends living in Melb – the cheap pizzas are a hit amongst them.
One of the places on my “to go to” list when we’re in Melb in 3 weeks.
It is good and vey cool to the extnet that they have fashion festival events there. But the dog is also a must visit, you know.
