		<description>Quite correct. But we can also blame the government. In the Uk you can keep wine in bond and not have to pay duty. As I understand it they are hammered for tax if it&#039;s laid down.

		<description>Indeed many Australians drink their wine way too young. The sad fact is that there hasn&#039;t been an adoption amongst wine lovers to cellar their wines correctly. We have many exceptional professional cellaring facilities in this country but many still think that cellaring their wine consists of a wine rack in their hot humid kitchens. I always have a good chuckle when I read kitchen magazines where wine racks are places above fridges and ovens!

Big wines can be good.... if left to age as the winemakers intended. Young Grange anyone?
