Hi Ange Maybe they need some food?

Lady Lunchalot, bear in mind I'm in Australia and our winters are quite mild from 5C to 15C. I expect they are a late summer early morning thing/ Sounds like a wonderful idea for your wedding - you could try asking a local plant nursery.

I'm getting married later this year and would love to use rosemary in my bouquet and in my hair. I figure everytime I cook with it I will think of my wedding day. Does anyone know if it flowers in late Spring?

Thank you for that!! I have several large bushes of rosemary in my back yard, and I can always use new ideas--or a reminder of the ways that I haven't used it in a while.
