Trampoline, now with seven stores, is the cool new name in gelato in Melbourne. Eventually it will make it to Sydney as part of a plan to open 40 stores. Paz, you are my 901st comment! They are very very good. they do this great rectangular tin you can fill with multiple flavours (we love chocolate and a pear one) and reuse as a pencil case.
