My Mother was very upset beacuse she is moving to Washington DC and there is no Lau's family kitchen there. The second time I went I was very lucky and got the last off there street table. However since then i have been back and it was just as good as the first time,if not better. But I in fact have some bad news for you, but good news for the lau family, I think. Word has got out and they are now taking bookings...a source from the floor says " we had to start taking bookings, beacuse we where turning people away that had driven all the way from Doncaster"....The dish I loved the most was the Salt and Pepper Squid... I was there on the same night as you Ed and I must agree with everything you said….
