Ponytails is the (affectionate?) name Melbourne’s restaurant world has chosen for Sydney chef Neil Perry’s Rockpool Bar and Grill steak restaurant due to open in October in the Crown Casino. Some wags are suggesting it may even need two telephone directory listings to avoid confusion.
Apparently, the restaurant with have a meat ageing room complete with viewing window.
