"Italian espresso machine". I've seen those nespresso machines in stores before and scoff openly as the sales assistants tell me how they make the perfect espresso from a pathetic little pod. The only way you're going to get great espresso is by getting fresh roasted coffee beans, grinding them to order on a decent grinder, and pulling the shot on a machine that can not be lifted with one hand. I find it outrageous that people are forced to pay so much for crap like this just to keep their reputation afloat... Ed,

I’ve seen those nespresso machines in stores before and scoff openly as the sales assistants tell me how they make the perfect espresso from a pathetic little pod. The only way you’re going to get great espresso is by getting fresh roasted coffee beans, grinding them to order on a decent grinder, and pulling the shot on a machine that can not be lifted with one hand.

I find it outrageous that people are forced to pay so much for crap like this just to keep their reputation afloat…

No, make that LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. You put the beans and water in at night, and it turns at the time you have programmed, grinds your coffee, sucks the ground coffee down to the filter and brews it.
