Ellie the Kitchen Wench received a pack of Monsieur Truffe raspberry truffles for her winning entry (above) to my Gordon Ramsay caption competition.
I think she liked them. She says: “…oh lordy, I don’t think that taking a bite of chocolate has ever made me whimper before…”

no, there can never be enough of M. Truffe! He’s just started selling organic cocoa beans, which I am planning on roasting and crushing into cocoa nibs!

You had 15 in one sitting? Not being much of a chocaholic, I found that one was enough…and so after dinner for 4 more nights I enjoyed just the one!

Ellie, Not quite one session but perhaps within 24 hours consoling myself as I’d just twisted my ankle. Also, i’ve been hardening myself up to this task all year through the consumption of unnatural amounts of these truffles.
