Chicos are chocolate-flavoured jelly lollies made by Nestle under the Allen’s brand. I use chocolate only in the loosest sense of the term. There’s a pretty good photo of them at http://www.flickr.com/photos/smurfie77/359229261/

Thanks Phil. I hope they taste better than they sound.

What, no jaffas!!! They’re really just oversized M&M’s and only in one colour of course. The kid’s of today just don’t know what they’re missing - or maybe they do.

Chicos are probably only still available in the less-than-politically-correct northern states.
Although mostly made of hooves and lips (aka gelatine), they are surprisingly tasty.
I’ll get you s box!

Thanks for the offer Kylie but I may cut out the middle man and eat a hoof.

would the northern states include Melbourne, Kylie, cos they can b found in any supermarket.

they can hit the mark when there’s a craving!
