		<description>Ed, Geoff may well have gone international, but lets not forget Shannon&#039;s the one who&#039;s charging $10k per head! Ok, so it may not be that much for the curried crayfish, but at $80ish for half a cray its DEFINITELY more than dear ol&#039;Geoff&#039;s effort. My boyf and I ordered the wagyu for 2 instead, and saw the next table&#039;s order of the cray - puny is not the word!</description>

		<description>I did look at the bill, I just don&#039;t think about it in per-minute terms.. And never will now, either - far too scary!
It was very tasty though, and it did sustain us until 4am, which meant we weren&#039;t even tempted to eat food at Topolino&#039;s, and instead could concentrate soley on the wine.</description>

I remember the days when our business was new and struggling and we&#039;d sell anything to turn a dollar, and that included Salami Cotto to Topolinos! Standard procedure, deliver at 8pm then wait around drinking short blacks til 3am waiting to get paid.</description>

		<description>Hey, lucky you getting to eat the duck curry at Pearl! I love it! I&#039;ve even tried to make it myself out of Geoff&#039;s book, but my efforts will never compare - even WITH the recipe! Since tracking down this book I&#039;ve been obsessed with it recently (I just posted my Jungle Curry attempt from the book)
I wanted to go to the full moon dinner tonight, but missed out. Can&#039;t wait for the new cafe to open, however there&#039;s something special about being able to have breakfast or lunch at pearl, especially since that it doesn&#039;t cost the earth! 
Also, you might find that that Coddled Egg Toastie is shallow fried in clarified butter, not deep fried. ;)</description>
