I think the whole idea is to only recommend people you either really know, or really trust.. but hey, we can give it a shot! :) I can tell you it leaves the likes of il baccaro, florentinos and every other snooty italian restaurant for dead.. they shaved truffles at the table for peets sake!! amazing stuff.. Al be it next to impossible to obtain a booking, seems as though their not in it for the exposure, but the passion. I guess their selectiveness comes down to skiting the law though? Risky business!
