		<description>Blue tongue was a winner in this household last summer. It had to  be drunk extremely cold.  The damn fine waiters at Cookie got us onto before dinner one night in Spring and we were smitten, buying it by the case to drink at home thereafter.

I shiver just thinking about it on a day like today!</description>
