Right, I’ve got a table for four on Monday night Nobu’s opening night at Crown Casino. The owners are going for a soft opening and won’t be doing lunch at first. The official launch party will be in August.

I’ll be interested to see how thing goes compared to other openings such as Lau’s, and the second night at Mirka. These two are small operations and the openings were chaotic but fun and the food was good.

Nobu in contrast is a slick international operation that has had millions of dollars poured into it. Be excited. It is amazing.

I ate there last night at a pre-opening event. I am still drooling over it now…

Enjoy!

Yay! how exciting.

My sister went to the one in London and said it was fantastic. I bet bookings will be at least a month’s wait.

Megan, I’m jelous you got their first. Clea get in early. In London it used to be almost impossible to get a tabe.

Cheers, Ben just quoting from the spreadsheet I was sent - I guess most launched massgae prices (usually up) as they become more popular.

Yumm!! I went to the one in Tribeca, New York - fantastic… and the sake, that was served in a bamboo shoot, was divine. Can’t wait for your review.
