Moderated by Joanna Savill this year the Melbourne Food Festival has invited four bloggers to take part in one of the panel discussions at the Out of the Frying Pan all day event. I’ll be there in addition to Stephanie, Jamie and Jackie. This all-day talkfest covers everything from future trends in food, restaurants and publishing to hardcore discussions on everything from recipe writing to new media.
The editor of Waitrose Illustrated, William Sitwell (UK) and Editor of Omnivore, Luc Dubanchet (France) will be taking part.
