Ethical foie gras: the vodcast

Why isn’t somebody doing this in Australia? This isn’t a new story but the Ted Talks vodcast only recently was published.

They are fantastic – and I you download them direct to iTunes and watch on my iPhone on the tram. I’ve mst have watched dozens but I haven’t seen this one – tomorrow now.

You are being awfuklly quiet about coming SECOND in that foodie trivia night! What were some of the questions?

Steve,
All quite easy apart from a couple of questions. Got half a point describing Matzo as cracker instead of unleavened bread, got the dairy ingredient of an Indian dish wrong and didn’t know any indigenous Indian grapes.
