I love "Murphry’s Law" and at risk of falling victim to the concept... "Vomit of Tasmania" ?? in a food blog??! Granted, you observed it whilst drinking Sapporo, rather than over Tempura, but still... (I have to concede, it's an accurate description.)

Meanwhile, Ichi Ni sounds great! I love it when a great menu and atmosphere outweigh minor blips.. that's what it's all about, right?

I loved Ichi Ni on my first visit last week. I'm now back in London, it's snowing outside, and if only I was back looking over the Esplanade with my sashimi and a cold Kirin.

Great blog you have here, which I just discovered today.

Just a pedantic tip (and presumably subject to Murphry's Law) - it's "sake" not "saki".

(Oh, and it's "seppuku", not "sepuku". And "yakitori", not "yakatori".)

Carry on as you were.

I'm always a sucker for good eel!

Do you really think you can fill up on the food for only $20 a head? Maybe you need to go out with two tenners in your pocket next time and do a recession challenge?
