Should I feel concerned that I like EVERY SINGLE ONE of these ‘food and beverage likes’? Even the seemingly contradictory likes of #32 and #42.

Recently offered ‘additional optional extras at $16 ea’ – Beluga caviar & white truffle to top off 2 dishes at a Melbourne CBD restaurant.
Needless to say I declined …….if they are so bloody important to the dish why are are they optional?

I’d also add breast – chicken breast that is. Being one half of a sino-euro partnership our families never fight over who gets the breast and who gets the drumstick.
Perhaps it should extend to include any food without small bones in it.
