I am old enough to remember when Peter Doyle changed Le Trianon to Cicada, and lots of million dollar refits seemed to occur at the same time. Andrew McConnell did the right thing and married an architect !! Afraid I don't go to look at the walls - possibly in the minority, but what hits the plate and how it is presented by the staff are what count for me.
