Very useful for a girl new to Melbourne who loves her food. Noticed the pork crackling - have you been to DANSK restaurant at Denmark House in the city? I had their crackling a couple of weeks ago at a work event (yes, I do some work with them) but I've never had crackling chip type things before. Only ever as part of a bigger piece of meat!
