Glad you enjoyed the Wine Hacking. I find coke more palatable than many of those big reds so it’s an easy match for me. Now to order Shiraz and coke somewhere really posh.

In other news, loved your article re: wine hacks, although it came literally days after I told a friend her weird south american red wine + coke = sangria version must’ve been misunderstood in translation. I guess now I’ve mocked it I’m going to have to try it, but thankfully there’s a few hacks which sound slightly more palatable on the horizon. Thanks, Ed!
